Riley Mark Miller age 63, of Vernal, passed away peacefully in his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born November 17, 1955 to Riley and Carol Griffin-Miller in Panguitch, Utah.
He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, traveling, but especially spending time with his family and pets. He took the saying "A stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet" to heart, and he made friends everywhere he went. He always had a happy disposition and a positive outlook on life through the good times and the bad. He is survived by his wife Barbara Woehrmann-Miller, his daughter and son-in law Kelsie & Tyson Breitweiser, his sisters Nancy(Philip) Walton & Janice Sharp, and his father Riley W. Miller. He is preceded in death by his mother Carol Griffin-Miller, his brother Paul Miller, and his in-laws Albert & Leola Woehrmann. Services will be held Wednesday May 29th at 11am at the LDS Vernal Stake Center located at 850 w 100 n in Vernal. The viewing will be on the evening of Tuesday May 28th from 6-8pm at Blackburn Mortuary and Wednesday morning from 10-10:45am at the chapel. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park.


Services will be under the direction of Blackburn & Sons Mortuary.
