Elmo Armando Atler

Elmo Armando Atler Jr. died at his home, Thursday August 20, 2020. He was born in Big Horn Montana to Elmo Casas Atler Sr. and Katherine St. Claire

Elmo served our country in the Army during Vietnam.

He was strong in his Native American Beliefs. Elmo worked in many areas of wildland fire fighting a truck driver and rancher.

He loved riding horses fishing being in the mountains, he was an 

All round real Indian Cowboy.

He was a friend to many and loved by all being respected by everyone.

His family was his most prized possession he loved and cherished them all and would do anything for them.

Elmo is survived by the love of his life Delena Mtn. Lion,

Children

Sharlisa (Lucus) Santio Ft. Duchesne: Anthony, and AJ Christensen of Salt Lake City.

Grand children: Sadacia Basurto, Josepha Basurto, Kashia Peters, Arimus Mtn. Lion, Glen Garcia Hawkens, Joseph Kanip, 

Joylese Kanip Neices: Melinda Wopsock, Joetta Bitsuie, Ardith Steele, Wynetta, Carlida & Maris Sireech: Nephews Rilleto Jr. Quinten Sireech, Coulsen Mtn. Lion

Sisters Ramona Sign and Carlos

Preceeded in death by his parents and son Jason Christensen Daughters: Joleen and Amanda Atler.

Funeral Services will be held Monday August 24, 2020 at 10 AM at His Home

a wake will be Sunday from 4:30 PM also at his home in Bridgeland.
