Carmen Faye Harris

It is with profound Sadness that on June 17, 2020 Carmen Faye Harris was called back to heaven. She is preceded

In death by her grandparents, parents, Aunts, Uncles and her son Carlos Allen Beeson.

Carmen was born the first of two children to Morris and Macella Daniel Dilsaver.

On February 1, 1949 in Sargent, Nebraska.

She had a younger brother Dan Dilsaver.

Carmen spent her younger years in Nebraska, Riding horses anytime she able to and hanging out with her cousins.

Her family moved to Utah but she returned to Nebraska often to visit with the relatives she loved and missed so much.

Family was very important to Carmen she had 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and enjoyed having them around as much as possible.

Carmen met Danny J. Harris and the two were married on July 25, 1985.

They were a perfect match. And they spent 37 long years enjoying life together.

They loved to go hunting, camping, and fishing. They had a love for each other that most only hope to find.

Carmen was an amazingly talented woman.

She enjoyed drawing, painting, sewing, cooking and countless other hobbies, she could draw with a pencil, charcoal, chalk or pen. And paint with oil or acrylic on a canvas or even on a rock. It didn’t matter what the medium she produced art that limited as if it had been done by a professional artist. But that is just a scratch in the surface. Carmen was also very musical inclined she didn’t read music, but if you put an instrument in her hands and let her listen to a song, she would figure out how to play that song with that instrument, It wouldn’t take long. The guitar was what she enjoyed playing the most.  She loved music so much she named all of her children and her pets after a musician or a song. Nothing compared to her talent or her beauty. Expect for her “Need to Speed.” She loved to race she drove a mustang and would compete in racing events. She won many metals and many trophies. There are no words that can express how much she is loved or how much is already missed.

Carmen is survived by her loving husband, Danny Harris; brother, Dan Dilsaver; daughters, Rhonda, Crystal, Holly and Mandi. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She will always be remembered for the many things she shared and taught us all. Services are entrusted to the care of Blackburn & Sons Vernal Mortuary.
