William "Bill" Foster Coulter

William “Bill” Foster Coulter passed away in the early hours of August 27, 2023 at his home in Manila, UT. He was born May 13, 1944 to William J. Coulter and Geraldine M. Foster in Rochester, Pennsylvania.

Bill married Mary F. Rock on August 8, 1981.

Bill worked for Westinghouse/ Cutler Hammer Eaton in Vanport PA. He loved antiques, classic cars and vacations at Geneva-on-the-lake, Ohio.

He enjoyed having the greenest lawn, and having the most exquisite landscaping. Bill loved word search puzzles but most of all he loved his family.

Bill is survived by; his dear wife Mary, children; William J. (Vanessa Collett) Coulter of Manila, UT, Dana L. Langer of Florida, sister; Linda (Stephen) Hurbanek, brother and sister -in-law, Jim (Shelley) Rock, brother-in-law Marin Trautvetter, grandchildren; Liam C. Coulter, Ellie F. Coulter, Xander J. Coulter, Bella L. Coulter, of Manila, UT, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends, Bruce, Howdy, and Dave.

Funeral Services for Bill will be held August 31, 2023 at 11 am at the Dutch John LDS Chapel.

Interment will be in the Dutch John Cemetery under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
