Tom Workman

Tom Lynn Workman, age 55 of Vernal, Utah passed away at his home on October 13, 2012. He was born in Craig, Colorado to Kenneth Ray and Venus Della Atwood Workman on January 25, 1957. He was employed at Zeco and at the Western Park in Vernal, where he enjoyed his co-workers so much. Tom enjoyed fishing, watching movies, and hanging out with his boys. He loved his family and his dogs-especially his dog Sophie. He is survived by his mother; Olen (Pete) Heddleson, his life long companion; Tracy Swenson, sons; Anthony Swenson and Zachary Workman, siblings; Jarrell Workman, Sharrell Workman, Joyce (Lane) Jackson, Kenna Dawn Wilson, Terry McGovern, Glenda (Alan) Rich, and Georgia (Bill) Roush. He is preceded in death by his parents; Ken and Venus Workman, and brother; Wesley Heddleson. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary with a viewings Wednesday evening from 6-8 and 1 hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park under the care and direction of the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
