Theron Arneldon Davis

Theron Arneldon Davis age 88 of Vernal passed away Oct. 17, 2016 peacefully at home. He was born May 15, 1928 to James Alfred Davis and Hattie Mae Ellifritz in Vernal, Utah, the 6th child of 8 children. He married Lola Merle Johnson Oct. 4, 1947. They were sealed on Dec. 8, 1955 in the Salt Lake Temple. He is survived by a son, Arneldon (Ned) and Deborah Davis, daughters Bonnie and Austin Kendall, Anita and Roger Heritage, Loretta and Bob Yancey, 19 grandchildren and 41 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Lola Merle Davis, parents, 4 brothers 2 sisters and 1 grandson. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016 at the Uintah Stake Center (4080 S. 2500 E) at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016 6 to 8 p.m. at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary and at 10:00 a.m. on Oct. 20, 2016 at the chapel.
