Funeral services for Steven John Stubbs, 48 of Vernal Husband of Robyn Briese Stubbs will be held Tuesday November 21, 2017 at 11 am at the Blackburn and Sons Vernal Mortuary. A Viewing will be held Monday 6-8 PM at The Blackburn Vernal Mortuary and Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 all at the Mortuary. Burial Will be in the Vernal Memorial Park in lieu of flowers please donate to help family with Funeral expenses.
