Rodney Staley

Rodney Carl Staley died on September 15, 2012 in Vernal, Utah. He was born December 4, 1965 in Vernal to Melvin Earl Staley and Naomi Hatch. He married Sarah Christensen and together they had three boys; K.C., Earl, and C.J. They later divorced. Rodney was a very loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed outdoor activities. His favorite time was at his cabin in Island Park. He worked in the oilfield starting as a roughneck and then later becoming a crane operator. He is preceded in death by his father and brother; Ryan Dee Staley. Rodney is survived by his children; K.C. (Brittany) Staley, Earl Gerald Staley, and Carl Joseph Staley, mothers; Naomi Hatch and Gerry Staley, sister; Veronica (Jerry) Davis, brother Rick Waller-Staley and his special grandchildren; Chloe McCall, Deegan Ryan, and Rodney Carl. To Ashes he returns. As per his request there will be no services. Arrangements were entrusted to the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
