Bob was born in Lowell, Massachusetts to George Aime Malo and Irene Dion Malo. He was the sixth child of seven.
He attended school in Haverhill, Massachusetts and later served in the Military in the Navy branch. Through the Navy and throughout his life he saw and lived in many different places. Bob loved his siblings and spent most of his life with them. His brother Paul was his best friend and they spent many years together. They lived in Quartzsite, Arizona and they made many friends there.
In the Navy, Bob learned the craft of printing. After his deployment, Bob worked in the printing industry. He was a master printer of many things. Although he had many jobs throughout his life, he spent most of his career in this field and retired from the printing industry.
Throughout his life bob spent many years with his younger brother Dick. They were very close and it was Dick who took care of Bob in his last years.
Bob was a good friend. He was kind, patient, witty, and fun. His sense of humor and “one - liners” made him a fun person to be around. He loved his dog Buddy who was a sweet companion for Bob.
Bob enjoyed the horse races, panning for gold, being outside, and being in the mountains, reading and playing cards with his niece and brother.
Bob is survived by his sister Lillian Malo Arlit, of Atascadero, CA., brother Richard “Dick” R. Malo of Vernal, UT., many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great- nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Geroge Aime Malo and Irene Dion Malo, his brothers; Roger J. Malo, Geroge N. Malo, Leo “Norman” Malo, Paul Henry Malo.
