Norman Dale Cooper 78, born July 31, 1946  in Montrose, Co. Passed away July 13, 2025 in Rangely, Co.


He lived a life full of music, joy, and deep fiath. As a gifted lead gutaist, his passion for music was a heartbeat of who he was. Whether  performing or simply pickingat home, his love for music uplifted everyone around him.

Norman was known for his fun-loving easygoing nature -he never met a stranger.Always ready with a helping hand or kind words (all joking aside of course), he touched the lives of many with his generous spirit and considerate heart. He leaned heavily on the Lord throughout his life, and his faith guided his every step.

He is survived by his son Kurtis Cooper; brother, Forrest Cooper; sister Macel Searcy-Write and Bettie Houston.:three beloved grandchildren and many neices and nephews who will continue to cherish his memory.

He is perceded in death by his sons, Jeffery Cooper and Wayne Erickson; his parents Jean and Forrest Cooper; sisters Beverly and Susie.

A Celebration of hi life will be August 3, 2025 at 1 PM Rangely Elks Lodge everyone that knew and loved him are welcome to attend and share memories of his remarkable life.
