On Sunday, August 8, 2021, Myrna Dee Denney Cooley, loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend, passed away at the age of 82.
Myrna was born on December 19, 1938 in Pocatello, Idaho.
She Married Ralph Cooley on November 25, 1953 and raised four children.
Myrna loved to camp and fish. Her family has many memories filled with great expeditions on the mountain, and on the lake.
She loved the warm sunshine and hot summer days. She loved animals of all kinds, dogs, cats, birds, turtles, fish, and lizards.
If you came to visit Myrna, she made you feel like family. She was welcoming and always treated you with sass and love. She had a snarky and prickly personality to boot. Her wit would have you laughing, yet she’d tell you how she felt no matter how it made you feel. She was real, raw and genuine. She loved to garden, watch football and she loved to bowl when she was younger. She always did her best to show up to support her family in whatever they had going on. Her family meant everything to her.
Myrna was preceded in death by her Parents: Edgar and Marian Denney,
Son: Douglas Cooley,
Grandsons: Jason Tilt, Jacob Tilt, Michael Sanchez, and Clayton Moon,
Granddaughter: Dawn Sanchez and many other loved ones.
She is survived by her Husband Ralph, and Daughters, Robyn Calton (John), Teresa Moon (Kenneth), and Tami Sanchez (Junior), Sister: Sheila Harris (Lee) and many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who will all miss her dearly.
Myrna's wishes were to be cremated.
