Michael Shane Gross

Beloved Father, Son & Grandfather passed away at his home in Vernal on September 26 2016 Shane was born October 27 1966 in vernal Utah to Scotty & Linda Collier Gross, he was the second of three children. He worked as a welders helper after he graduated high school then later worked as a truck driver for different trucking companies. He worked at L&S Trucking where he made his career as a pusher and truck driver in Vernal and Casper. He loved hunting, fishing & camping with family and friends. Shane will be greatly missed He is preceded in death by his grandparents George and Joann Gross, Wayne Collier and Helen Collier. He is survived by his parents Scotty and Linda Gross; brothers, Scott (Sherri) Gross, Dustin (Lacee) Gross; Daughters, Shalena (Pat), Teisha (Jordan), Grandsons Zerek and Draxton and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, October 3, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Davis 2nd Ward Chapel (4080 South 2500 East ) Family and Friends may call at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary Sunday 6-8 pm and at the church Monday 1 hour prior. Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park. Under the direction of the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
