Lyda Nielson

Lyda Marie Nielson 83, of Dinosaur formally of Vernal died March 7, 2017 in Grand Junction, Colorado. With her daughter Tina by her side. She was born October 15, 1933 in Wilson, Uintah county, Utah, to Marcelino and Clara Perry Trujillo. She married Christian Nielson December 21, 1957 in Idaho falls Idaho. She loved the outdoors, reading, shopping, visiting people, dancing and cats. She lived in Park City, Idaho, California before moving to Lapoint and Vernal. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary. Friends and Family may call 1 hour prior to services, Burial will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery, under the direction and care of-Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
