Luana Blackburn

Luana Oalin Yee Blackburn, age 66, passed away at Ashley Regional Medical Center on March 17, 2016. She was born October 21, 1949 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jack and Beth Larsen Yee. She married the love of her life William Budd Blackburn. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, crafts and collecting "Ty" babies. Her cherished memories are watching her boy's play baseball in their younger years. Luana loved her dogs. She is survived by her husband, William Budd Blackburn; sons, Terry Blackburn of St. George, Utah; Kenneth Budd Blackburn of Arizona; step-daughter, Sherrie Young of Washington state; sister, Lorelei Ortega of Vernal, Utah. A private family service was held. Arrangements are under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
