Lee David Urvina passed away November 5th with his wife Linda by his side. Lee's wishes were to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 19th at 11 am at the Jensen Ward Chapel. Inurnment will take place at the Vernal Memorial Park.
