Lawrence Nathaniel Young

Lawrence (Larry) Nathaniel Young, 52, of Vernal, UT passed away on February 18, 2018. Larry loved to be outside, and could always be found wandering around the mountains of either St. George or Vernal. He spent a very large portion of his life doing landscaping, construction, and even selling bulk quantities of seeds that he foraged himself in the hills of Vernal. 

In his younger days, he was part owner of S & Y Construction in St. George, UT. He was incredibly resourceful and had tremendous talent in all things he tried. We were all amazed with his drive and abilities. He loved his daughters, and granddaughters very much, and was looking forward to having a grandson on the way. 

Larry leaves behind 4 daughters: Curie Ganio, Shayna Mock, Chelsie Young, and Katelyn Young; 5 Grandchildren: Londyn Lawson, Noa Homer, Rihanna Gonzales, Ember Ganio, and Tobey Mock; 7 siblings: Joseph Young, Perl Young, Marion Young, Kerry Young, Carol Johnson, Charlotte Chatwin, and Violet. The impact of Larry’s passing is felt by many, may he rest in peace.
