Judith Marie Briese, age 65, passed away January 8, 2016 at her home in Vernal. She was born February 14, 1950 in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin to John Harold and Arlene Briese. She will be buried at Vernal Memorial Park. arrangement are under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary. A memorial Services will be at a later date.
