Judith Marie Evans

Judy Evans born April 24, 1945 in Washington, Iowa. She lived in multiple places and moved to the Uintah Basin in the early 60's. Where she met and married Ferrington Gilbert Evans on June 5, 1964. From this union Kenneth James Evans and Ferrington Gilbert Evans 2nd was born. They was later divorced. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She worked various jobs which included: Homemaker, meat-cuter, waitress and later retired from the Uintah States Postal Services after 20 years of service. She was an active supporter of her boys and all of their various sporting endeavors. She never missed a game or event. She loved her boys and grand kids and her church. They were her proudest accomplishments. She was a good mom and grandma. There will be a place in our hearts that only she can fill. We will miss her every day. She was preceded in death by her mother, Viola; father, Lee and brother, Billy. She is survived by her children, Kenny(Fawn) Evans of Vernal; Gilbert (Lisa) Evans of Roosevelt; grandkids, Sorsha (Zac), Preston, Cody, Jaicee (Austin), Wyatt and Brittney, step-father Bill Aquino (Sue) of Howard, CA; sister, Beverly Iacovatta of Colorado, sister Sherrill Aquino of Iowa; brother, Kenneth Ginkens of Concord, CA. Multiple nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly. They were her pride and joy. We want to express our love and appreciation to the First Baptist Church Congregation and all the family and friends. Memorial Services for will be conducted on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the Vernal First Baptist Church (2400 South Hwy 40). Services are in the care of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
