Jason Santiago Gutierrez Sr.

Jason Santiago Gutierrez Sr. age 57,  died June 18, 2025 in Vernal Utah. he was born October 7, 1967 in Evansville, Indiana to Jimmy S V Gutierrez and Vera Elnora Knight.  Jason was an Eagle Scout with the Boys Scouts of America, and served his country in the United States Army Reserve, throughout his life he worked as an Electrician, and later as a caregiver for his Uncle Gregorio and his Father Jimmy Gutierrez plus mother and stepfather Thomas Grant. Jason took pride in providing care to his family for many years.

He is survived by his son: Jason Jr. ( Aimee)  Gutierrez, 3 grandsons, Arius, Lionel and Wolfrick. Son: Jonathan Gutierrez; three stepchildren Melanie, Megan and Matthew (Kaelyn) LaFuente: 8 step grandchildren; Mother: Vera (Thomas) Grant; Brothers: Martin(Debbie) Gutierrez, Joseph (Angelina) Gutierrez, & Jimmie Ramsey; Sisters: Veronica (Jim) Warnock, Tina (Kyle) Cravens, Mercy (Ricky Sr.) Soto and Gloria Ramsey. Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife Audrey Lafuente Gutierrez, Father: Jimmy Santiago Villarreal Gutierrez a Beautiful Niece: Amanda Warnock.

Memorial Services will be Wednesday, July 2, 2025  at 11 AM  the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints  Chapel  at 2103 St Cloud,  San Antonio, Texas 78288
