Jared Douglas "Doug" Gourdin

December 28, 1958 ~ March 14, 2015 Jared Douglas "Doug" Gourdin, age 56, of Vernal, formally of Orem and Lindon, Utah. He was born December 28, 1958 in Monterey California, to Jared Gourdin and Doris Jean Christensen. He worked at Dino Bowl and Roosevelt Bowl for many years. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his Grandkid's. Doug was a mechanic, He was always tinkering with things and running his kids. He is survived by his parents, sons, Jared Gourdin; Brandon (Misty) Gourdin; Jordan Gourdin; Jessie Gourdin; daughter, Ashley (Jeremy) Gilley; brothers, Marty Walker; Tom (Rita) Gourdin, Ken Gourdin; sister, Debbie Crowe and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary. Friends and family may call at the Mortuary Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 and one hour prior to the services.
