Jacob Smith

Jacob William Smith, age 24, passed away on November 27, 2013 in Vernal, Utah. Jacob was born on April 22, 1989 in Bremerton, Washington a son of Ronald Smith and Patricia Denton. He was employed at Wal-mart. Jacob was so loved and will be deeply missed especially for his beautiful smile, witty personality, and most of all his kind heart. Jacob is survived by his mother Patty; stepdad Jay; sister Tracey; brother-in-law Darin, nephews Zachary and Austin as well as many Aunts, uncles and friends. Rest in Peace my Love. Memorial Services will be Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. at Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
