He had many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Jack grew up with many cousins whom he got into mischief with. Jack was an oilfield worker, following in his father’s footsteps. He quickly made friends wherever he went. There was never a dull moment with Jack around. He was the humorous class clown, and loved to tell made up stories of legend creek and talk Indian.
He married the love of his life, Melinda Hackford, on August 5th, 2021. Sadly, later divorced. He then married Keri Kelsy Born, whom he loved dearly and later separated. Jack loved spending time in the mountains with his family and friends; and specifically, his beloved mother, whom he lived with and took care of for many years. He lived with her in Vernal Utah. They shared a special bond, enjoying many years together working on her property, riding in the mountains, and enjoying the simple life. Often locking horns, like best friends and mothers and sons do... But Mama Ross always came out the winner, all she had to say was "Hit the Road Jack!" Jack loved his family and friends with all of his heart and soul and he lived his life to the fullest.
