Ted – our husband, father, friend, provider, leader and great example, passed away on 02–22–2022 at 2 AM
I, Donna, had the honor of being his wife and loving companion for 68 years. Ted was my everything.
Our home was made of love, sacrifice, and respect. Sheltering us from the daily trials of life. Ted was honored to serve our community on the Vernal fire department for 44+ years. He was the pioneer of many business adventures. He worked at Reed Taylor ‘s Service Station, Haliburton from 1954 to 1960 as a tester, Simplot two years as a Cat driver, Superior Tire services 22 years specializing in truck alignment and manager, Target Trucking, Yellow Jacket, Thomson Blackburn Vernal Mortuary, & Deseret Power from 1985 - 1995 as tool maintenance supervisor.
Ted was a great help to his parents “Leland and Sarah” on the farm, where he spent countless hours. We spent many days traveling and camping in our trailer. Also enjoyed several cruises, dancing events and fishing whenever we had a little spare time. He taught us to walk in the ways of truth, to love one another, and to serve one another.
