Douglas Edward Antsen passed away January 15, 2026 in Rangely, CO. He was born on October 9, 1968 in Mt. Vernon, WA

At the age of 18 Doug began working for Snelson’s working his way up to Safety Supervisor on the pipeline which brought him to Rangely where he met his wife 16 years ago. After retiring from the pipeline at age 54 he went to work at Rangely District Hospital. He was hard working and very dedicated to work and family.

In his free time, you could catch Doug barbequing or smoking meats in a Hawaiian shirt and enjoying time with friends and family. He was laid back and friendly, he loved running his dogs and going out shooting, let's not forget that in his spare time Doug was also a life coach for $75 an hour.

Doug was a loyal and dedicated family man and would stop at the drop of a hat to help anyone in need. You would find him floating the river and cracking jokes to anyone willing to laugh. He was a proud Grandfather to a whole slew of Grandchildren who brought him both headaches and joy in life.
