Danny Scott Jackson, age 64, of Rangely, CO, died peacefully on June 26, 2024 at his home surrounded by family. 

He was born November 1st, 1959 in Frankfurt, Germany. He was the third of five boys born to Clarence Edwin and Adell LaVonne Morris Jackson. He spent a lot of time in both Rangely and Durango growing up. He graduated from Bayfield High School ,class of 1978. He moved to Rangely, CO where he met and married Brenda LeBleu. They had 3 children together. He dedicated his life to hard work in the oilfield to provide for his family. He was such a joy to be around with his wonderful sense of humor. He loved to joke, pull little pranks and make people laugh. He loved watching the Denver Broncos and Colorado Avalanche win. 

In 2003, he met Belinda Cloward and was blessed with 4 wonderful step children when they combined families. 

Danny was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, fish, camp and play golf.There were many stories between him and his dad, brothers and kids about all the trophy elk, deer and fish that were harvested. It was truly a family tradition. 

With a blended family, he and Belinda had 16 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. 

Danny is survived by Cody (Jamie) Jackson, Miranda Jackson, Kacee Jackson, ,Rhett (Megan) Cloward, Kelly Cloward, April Cloward, Chase (Bailey) Cloward, Brothers: Gary (Lynda) Jackson, Shannon (Jacinda Lucero) Jackson, Belinda Cloward Cousin Shay Tool and several nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Mike and Shane Jackson

Graveside services will be July 20th, 2024 at the Rangely Cemetery at 11 am followed by a Celebration of Life at the Rangely Camper Park.
