Colby Wyatt Lofthouse

Our beloved Colby has returned home on, November 9, 2015 in Belfield, North Dakota at the age of 16 due to a motorcycle accident. He was born in Mount Pleasant, Utah to Ben Lofthouse & DeJae Sorensen. Colby had many friends and family that loved him. He was a friend to everyone he met. Some of Colby's favorite things to do were riding his 4-wheelers, dirt-bike, hunting with his family and checking out big, cool, jacked up trucks. He loved spending time with his dad, going with him and playing cowboy. He loved to operate equipment and tinker on anything and everything he could get his hands on. Being mischievous was just a part of Colby. Anytime he could pull a good joke on someone he did. Colby had a way of being the happiest kid around. Colby was always offering comfort to those in need. He always put family and friends at the top of his priorities. His face had a smile on it 24/7 no matter what the outcome was. Colby had a heart that always had room for more, he loved everyone and everything. He will be greatly missed. We love you Colby He is survived by his parents, Ben (Tonja) Lofthouse, DeJae (Klee) Morrison; brothers, Trevor Lofthouse, Trap Morrison, Brock Morrison, Boss Morrison; sister, Kaylee Morrison; step-brother, Josh (Gabbi) Curtis; step-sisters, Janessa (Clayton) Cuch, Jerica Curtis, grandparents, Merl Lofthouse, Don & Edith Thompson, Debbie Sorensen, Robert Jay Sorensen, Steve & Nancy Morrison Tamara and the late Hank Peltier. And many close family and friends. He was preceded in death by Denice Morrison and Brisa Curtis. I cried when you passed away I still cry today. Although I love you dearly, I couldn't make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke my heart to prove to me that he always takes the best.
