Cheyenne Ashley Burr, 32, passed away quietly in her sleep on September 28, 2026.

Cheyenne was born on April 1, 1994, to Bobbi and Lance Carter. She was an absolutely beautiful baby who became an even more beautiful young lady.

She married Joshua Burr on May 12, 2012. Cheyenne and Josh welcomed 2 daughters, Kinzlee and Asher, to make their family complete.

Cheyenne loved to cook and spend time outdoors with her family. Everyone looked forward to Cheyenne making her grandpa, Carter’s famous fudge and caramel popcorn during the holidays. When her dad was alive, he and Cheyenne would spend December cooking and baking up a storm. Cheyenne and Joshua, and the girls spent their summers outside at the lake or in the mountains camping. Everywhere they would go, you would also find the corgis and Cheyenne’s special little buddy Stella.

Cheyenne is survived by her husband Joshua, daughters Kinzlee and Asher, mother, Bobbi (Dennis); brother Colton (Katera); mother-in-law, Angel; father-in-law, Jay; sister-in-law ,Jessica; brother-in-law, Marty; many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family along with many great friends who will miss this wonderful and loving woman. Her little dog, Stella, is going to miss her very much; but we know Cheyenne will be watching over us.

Cheyenne is preceded in death by her dad, Lance; grandparents, LeNoy (Nick) and Peggy Carter, and Rick and Vickie Olsen; cousins, great uncles and aunts, and great-grandparents. Cheyenne was met in heaven surrounded by love from all.

Funeral services will be held on Monday October 5, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Blackburn Vernal Mortuary with a viewing from 11-12:45 prior to the services
