Celese Peters

Celese Mae Boudreaux Peters, age 72 of Vernal, wife of Phillip Peters, passed away at her home surrounded by her loved ones on September 26, 2021.  She was born in Fresno California on December 21, 1948 to James and Connie Rogers Boudreaux.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from BYU.  She married Phillip Peters on July 18, 1998.

Celese was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  She was devoted to serving the Lord in genealogy and serving others.  Many have enjoyed her home cooked meals.  She was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She was very loved and will be missed by her family and everyone that knew her.

She is survived by her husband; Phillip, children; Kristianne Rene (Tim) Christensen, Myria, Suzanne Marie (Wade) Blackburn, and Erin Elise (John) Stanley, 7 grandchildren; Shane, Sydne, Shelisa, Tilar, Alex, Aaron, and Emma, and 2 great grandchildren; Emma and Hadley, sister June (Steve) Cruser and 5 nieces and nephews.

She proceeded in death by her parents and step-father. A family service was held.
