Carol Jean Eaton

Carol Jean Hullinger Eaton left her earthly home on May 2, 2016 at 72 years old. She was born on July 27, 1943 to William Lester Hullinger and Feza Gwen Penfold Hullinger. She was the second child with three sisters and four brothers. She loved to share stories with us of her childhood, and we always loved hearing them. On June 24, 1961 she married the love of her life, Doyle Jay Eaton. She was an outstanding housewife. Together they had three beautiful daughters and then later adopted their fourth daughter. Carol and Doyle were sealed together for time and eternity at the Salt Lake City Temple on June 23, 1966. Carol enjoyed every part of being a Housewife and Mother. She also made cinches for Saddletree Company part time. And also worked for Mr. Goodburger and Blue Berry Hill. Then later when Doyle was working for American Gilsonite, Carol and her Daughter Debra became the cleaning lady's out there. Her favorite thing was being a Wife, Mother, and especially a Grandma. Her world revolved around her family and she did everything she could for them. Birds were her favorite animals, she loved having bird feeders and could sit around admiring the birds for hours. She enjoyed growing flowers and creating the most beautiful yard. When she still had her eyesight her favorite thing to read was Better Homes and Gardens Magazine for inspiration and new recipes. She enjoyed cooking and was very good at it. She loved sitting on a bench under her large tree in her front yard with Doyle and watch the sunset, walking in the evenings, watching lifetime movies, the news and weather. She was an amazing singer and her daughters loved hearing her. She was very talented in sewing, crocheting and needlework.
