Annette J. Graham, 66, of Vernal, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 1, 2026. She was born on December 7, 1959, to Joy and Mac Johnson. Annette was one of 5 children for Joy and Mac; James Johnson, Penny Wiersma, Russel Johnson and Marsha Ellington.

Annette graduated from Uintah High school in 1979. She loved working where she could interact with the public and worked in many aspects of the food industry. Settling as a proud employee of Walmart for 25+ years where she enjoyed interacting with the people of the Vernal community.

Annette’s first marriage to David Kidd unfortunately, it ended in divorce. However they were blessed with five amazing children: Mike, Christopher, Brandon, Cassie, and Colette.

She later married Preston Graham on May 4, 2002, where she gained 3 more children, Meliska Andrews, Timothy and William Graham. As well as more grandchildren.

She loved the outdoors and horseback riding, writing stories and sitting down talking with any and everyone. She was a very kind and caring person that made even strangers feel loved as well as cooking for people, especially her famous lasagna.

Annette is preceded in death by her parents, Joy and Mac Johnson; her husband, Preston Graham; her son, Christopher Kidd; her grandchildren, Beau Murphy and Blake Kidd.

She is survived by her children: Mike (and Hannah) Kidd of; Brandon (Starla) Kidd; Cassie (Brad) Hardman of; Colette (Larry) Norrod of; William Graham; Timothy (Kelly) Graham; Meliska (Rory) Andrews along with many grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral service for Annette will be held Friday, July 10, 2026, at 11 AM at Blackburn Vernal Mortuary. Viewings will be Thursday, July 9, 2026, 6-8 PM at Blackburn Vernal Mortuary and 10:00-10:45 AM prior to the service.

Interment will be at the Rock Point Cemetery following services.

There will be a luncheon for family and close friends held at the Ashley LDS Chapel on North Vernal Avenue after the services.
