Anna Aguilar Bartlett

Anna Marie Aguilar Bartlett, age 35, passed away the St Joseph Villa in Salt Lake City, Utah after a long time struggle with diabetes. She was born in Vernal, Utah on January 5, 1977 to Daniel and Laura Kay Chivers Aguilar. She attended school in Vernal. She married David Bartlett in July 1994 in Farmcreek, Utah. They later divorced. Anna was involved with many diabetes groups and organizations. Anna always wanted to be a mother but because of her health, was unable to. She became a second mother to her nieces and nephews. They were the joy and love of her life. She is survived by her mother, brothers and sister; Vance Aguilar, Ace Aguilar, and Brandy (Jared) Mitchell, nieces and nephews; Jesse Aguilar, Vanessa Aguilar, Sicily Mitchell, Tristen Mitchell, Jake Aguilar, Kaisha Dick, Laney Dick, Aysia Mitchell, Kage Aguilar, and Jacob Mitchell. Anna is preceded in death by her father, grandpa; Tex Chivers, grandpa; Don Aguilar, Grandma; Lola Aguilar, and cousins; Jake Trujillo and Cinder Chivers. Funeral services were held Monday, December 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary with a viewing 1 hour prior. Burial was in the Rockpoint Cemetery under they care and direction of the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
