Angela Stubbs Ledbetter

Angela Dee Stubbs-Ledbetter a mother, daughter, sister, and aunt was born in Vernal, Utah on May 17^th, 1978, and passed peacefully on October 2, 2022, at the age of 44 in her home in Vernal, Utah with family and friends around her.  

Angela was born with adventure and the mountains in her sights at all times. We would tease her that she couldn’t leave any rocks behind. Angela had a son, Benjamin Jacobs, her love and her life. She later married Joe Ledbetter and gained T.J. Ledbetter as another son.  

Angela is preceded in death by her husband Joe Ledbetter, mother Wendy Stubbs, brother Steven Stubbs, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Angela loved God, her family and friends as much as she loved life itself. Angela is survived by her son Benjamin Jacobs; father, Sterling John Stubbs of Vernal, Utah; sister Sterling Quist of Springville, Utah; Brothers:  Shannon (Michelle) Stubbs of Parachute, Colorado; Shad (Avis) Stubbs of Grand Junction, Colorado; Scott (Crystal) Stubbs of Williston, North Dakota; and Shon Stubbs of Vernal, Utah.

Angela asked that we all give flowers and smiles to others to brighten their day. Angela will be missed by many. There are no “Goodbyes” just “See you later.” We would like to thank Canyon Home Hospice, her close friends and family for all the support given to Angela.

Funeral services for Angela will be held Saturday October 8, 2022 at 2 pm at Uintah LDS Stake Center Chapel (2500 East 4000 South) Viewing will Saturday 12:30-1:45 at the Church. Services provided by Blackburn Vernal Mortuary
